We have changed over the THiNC web site to a new host provider.  The web site should be a little more snappier than our previous provider and a lot more reliable.   Also with the change over a web site redesign has taken place.   The look has been refreshed and the support wiki has been replaced with a knowledge base.   There is a contact page for support, comments or suggestions now if you do not want to IM in Second Life.
